  • Where do you ship from? 

    • All my packages are sent from Mexico

  • Do you ship internationally? 

    • Yes I do! I make national and international overseas shipping.

  • How do preorders work? 

    • Preorder products means that the product you're ordering is not in stock;  upfront payment is taken and once the presale is closed (usually they last 2-3 months, please see conditions stated on the preorder description), the products will not be available for preorder/purchase anymore, and production will be arranged with the manufacturer. This process can take up to a month to set.

    • Once products have started the manufacture, leading time varies from product to product; smaller items require less time:

      ♡ BAGS: these can usually take from 8 to 11 months to be manufactured and about 2-3 months to get shipped to me, since they're handmade products. However, timeline can be affected by many factors (holidays, strikes, bigger quantities [+100pcs], etc.) so I appreciate your patience! Please take this in count before making your purchase. The deadline starts after preorders have closed, not since the date you ordered, and just as mentioned before, there can be delays. 

      ♡ SMALL ITEMS (keychains, enamel pins, etc.): they take about 40 to 60 days to be manufactured and about 30 days more to be shipped to me.  

      ♡ T-SHIRTS, NOTEBOOKS, PRINTABLES: these are also handmade products, so their production time varies depending on the season and the quantity. Usually, they can take up to 4-5 months to be finished, and 15 more days to be shipped to me.

    • Any updates regarding the preorders are to be announced more commonly on X/Instagram pinned stories (@alatus_child) and more occassionally, via blog, so be sure to check the News section every now and then or keep an eye on my Twitter! 

  • How can I track my order?

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, and you'll be able to track it from your account, the mail itself or just copy-pasting the number in the official tracking site of the courier.

    • Please keep in mind that only express shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) is fully trackable. In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, international tracking is not available with MexPost shipping option. 

  • Are there any estimated shipping rates for international shipping? 

    • Shipping rates vary a lot depending of many factors (extended zones, climate, high or low seasons, holidays, etc.), but I can provide an estimate rate with your ZIP code and country; you can send it either via live chat or with an email to info@alatus.shop

  • Can I change my address after my order has been placed? 

    • Of course! please send a mail to info@alatus.shop with your order number (its a 4 digit number found in your confirmation email starting with #, for example "order #1699") and your new address info (in the same format that you wrote it the first time, please). If you also changed your phone number, don't forget to include it! without it I can't create your shipping label and the shipping will be delayed. 

  • I received my tracking information, but the package hasn't moved.

    • To ensure that packages are sent as many (and fast) as possible, orders are packed continuously throughout the week and by the end of the week a recolection is scheduled (for express shipping) or boxes are taken to the postal office the next business day (for MexPost). It's normal if your package hasn't been scanned in a couple days, please just give it a little bit of time. If your package hasn't moved after two weeks, contact me asap so we can check if there was a problem with your package.

  • How regular are preorder updates? 

    • Usually only important steps of production are updated and posted (the beginning of manufacture, any delay in production, quality check, shipping, etc.). You can always send a message via the live chat or ask on my media about your order, but remember that I cannot rush the production cause it's not in my hands, so I beg for your patience.

  • Soy de México y quiero pagar en abonos, ¿cómo puedo hacerlo? 

    • Selecciona tus productos de manera normal y agrégalos a tu carrito. Cuando estés listx para pagar, ve a la página de pago. Completa tu información de envío como de costumbre. En la sección "Payment", debes seleccionar el método "Transferencia". Esto automáticamente te mostrará un recuadro con mi información bancaria y las instrucciones para los abonos y envío de comprobantes. 

    • El depósito inicial para apartar el pedido no es reembolsable.
    • El límite para realizar el pago total es de 4 meses; si no has liquidado el monto total de tu orden para entonces, recibirás una notificación por correo electrónico con el recordatorio y comenzará una cuenta regresiva de 2 semanas a partir del envío de ese correo. Si no se recibe ningún otro pago, procederé a cancelar tu pedido sin posibilidad de reembolso.

    • Debido a los bruscos cambios de conversión de moneda de los últimos meses, el dólar es tomado en un estándar de 20 pesos por redondeo, ¡por lo que debes tomar esto en cuenta para hacer tus futuros abonos! 

    • Si tienes alguna situación económica que no te permite continuar con tus abonos, ¡por favor no dudes en acercarte a mí! podemos llegar a un acuerdo para tus pagos ♥
