2nd run - MDZS bags preorders
Thank you so much for all the waiting! it surely wasn't a waste of time because finally the 2nd preorder for MDZS bags is open! :D
You'll find useful updates regarding all the merch in the blog entries of my shop, but for now, I'm gonna let you know some important matters about the preorders:
❦ The bags purchase is available for any country, but due to political issues, Russia, Ukraine and Cuba customers may encounter issues with paying their orders, so feel free to send me a message through the live chat or via DM on Twitter! I'll be happy to personally attend your order :>
❦ Preorders will run for about 1-2 months, or until each one of the 4 bags reaches 250pcs ordered, whichever comes first. I would love to open unlimited slots, but since I'm managing all this business by myself, I definetely need to care for my mental health hence why I'm limiting the purchases. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience, but for now I'm unable to hire any helper ;w;
❦ Once the preorder closes oficially (item will show as "Sold out" I'll place the order with my supplier and they'll start manufacturing them. This is a process that may take from 5 to 8 months at least; due to covid outbreaks, vacations/national holidays, sea shipping, etc., it could always extend. However, I will keep you updated with blog entries and tweets.
❦ As you can see, your order doesn't charge shipping. This is not cause it's free, its because the rates tend to fluctuate a lot and if I charge you in the moment you make your order, in some months the shipping may be more expensive or even cheaper. That's why for now the shipping costs will not be calculated nor charged when you place an order, but please keep in mind that you must save the money for your shipping, so when the time comes, the orders will be shipped as soon as possible. International shipping is NOT free under any circumstances.
❦ Once the preorder has been paid, it cannot be cancelled and refunded for any reason (only emergencies that can be discussed via DM on Twitter or the live chat). Claims for "overdue" orders will also not be accepted since you were aware of the waiting, so please do not file claims on PayPal or your bank in any case.
❦ If you wanna order other products without any bags, feel free to do so! I have several of them on stock and they're way quicker to produce, so these orders would be faster to fulfill.

My order was #1448. I have tried messaging on your shop (it never delivers), emailing (I never get a response), and DMing on Twitter concerning the shipping on my order (which again, never seems to even be looked at). I’ve paid the shipping already and over two weeks ago you stated, on Twitter, that you’d look at my order if I’d DM you. Well I did. And you never responded. The last thing that was on Twitter was a week ago and it wasn’t even concerning the orders that you have backlogged, but a repost of someone else’s post. I messaged you one week after initially DMing you, begging you for a response, and it’s been a week since then as well. I’m getting very frustrated over the lack of responses and communication over my order. Please look into it and get back to me because I’m getting so stressed over paying for something I seem to never be receiving.
